Wix Events: Event Page Features Tab

The Event page's Features tab has a dashboard plugin slot. Slots are the placeholders in the UI for plugins. The slot ID is the value for the required extends field when configuring the plugin in the App Dashboard.

Events > Published or Drafts > Event > Features tab

To test your plugin on a site, do the following:

1. Install the Wix Events app from the App Market.
2. Add a ticketed or RSVP event.
3. Create a draft of the event, or publish the event.

Sample use case

Add a plugin to the Event page's Features tab that allows the site owner to add an FAQ section to the event details.

Use the following slot ID for the extends property in your dashboard plugin's configuration in your app's dashboard:

This plugin slot can host multiple plugins.

The plugins are displayed as the last items in the grid. They are shown in cards positioned next to each other and are ordered by date created, with the most recently created plugin displayed at the top.
