Wix Forms Request: Scale Field

Currently, in the new Wix Forms, there is no option to add a 'scale' field that allows visitors to rank their answers out of a pre-determined scale.

For example, a scale field question can ask: 'On a scale of 1-10 please rate your experience of this course'.
