I do not know these people on the website at all. I simply inquired about your services in Jan. and this appears on my account. Was very unprofessional and took for ever to make any changes!!
After specifically requesting deadlines to be met for designing the website I was ignored for 1 whole week not answering any of my messages to update/ make changes to the website. I then get a message saying 'sorry I was not available' a week later. I had to create the website myself in the end. Paid $100 for the deposit and now they are ignoring me for a refund.
Would never recommend to use these guys!...
