Why add tags to a post when you can add hashtags?
Use hashtags to help readers find related posts. When readers click a hashtag, they get a list of blog posts with the same hashtag.
You can add a hashtag anywhere in a post. Simply write the hashtag symbol (#) and text with no spaces and publish your post.
