Wix offers the option of communicating with your customers via SMS (text) messages through Wix SMS or Business Phone Number. Learn about the difference between the two products to determine which is most suitable for your operations.

About Wix SMS and Business Phone Number
Wix offers 2 products that you can use to send SMS (text) messages to your customers:
- Wix SMS automatically sends pre-installed texts. For example, it sends reminder texts to your Wix Bookings customers, confirmation texts to your Wix Table Reservations customers, or order updates to your Wix Restaurants Orders (New) customers.
- Wix Business Phone Number can be used for both phone calls and texts. The texts that you send are composed and sent by you.
With both Wix SMS and Business Phone Number, your texts (and calls) come from your own dedicated phone number. You choose a number for your Wix SMS and a number for your Business Phone Number when you set these up.
