Troubleshooting Rich Results Eligibility Issues

Not all rich result types are supported by Google. You can check the list of supported rich result types to see if it's currently supported in the report.

Rich results can only be shown for pages that can be crawled and indexed. The pages on your site might not be crawled for various reasons. For example, very large sites can have a significant difference between the number of pages with structured data on them and the number of rich results actually shown in the report. 

If you see a sharp drop in the number of rich results on your site, see if you can find a corresponding dip in your indexed pages. 

You can use the URL Inspection tool to check if a page is indexed and if Google can access it. Test the live version of the page as well to confirm that Google can access it.

It can take some time for Google to crawl new or updated pages. If you've recently added new pages or made updates to your site, you can ask Google to recrawl your URLs.

It can take up to a week for Google to index your pages after you submit a request.

Google can only create rich results for pages it can access. For example, if you have a password protected page on your site, Google won't be able to create rich results for it.

You can use the URL Inspection tool to check whether Google can access your page.

If your page's markup is invalid, Google may not be able to recognize it as a rich result. 

If the test can find your markup but it can't parse it, it should appear in the Unparsable structured data report.

Certain rich result types might not be supported for your location yet. Check the features guides section of Google's structured data documentation to see if your location is supported.
