Change the Sign Up Form Text and Layout

To customize the text on your Get Subscribers form:
  1. Click the Signup Form tab.
  2. Select or deselect the text to hide or display it:
    • Title: This is the title of your Get Subscribers form. It is a useful way to inform your site visitors what the form is for.
    • Subtitle: This is the subtitle of your Get Subscribers form. It is a useful way to give your visitors more information about why they should sign up on the form.
  3. Enter the text for the rest of the form:
    • Button: Enter the button text. This should contain a clear "call-to-action".
    • Thank You title: Your subscribers see this text when they complete the form.
    • Thank You subtitle: This is the subtitle text when a subscriber completes the form.
  4. Select a layout next to レイアウト:
    • Horizontal: Select this layout to display form in a horizontal format.
    • Vertical: Select this layout to display form in a vertical format.
