I created my own website but needed help with some of the "behind the scenes" things. I reached out to Technowix, not knowing what to expect. They were exactly what I needed. They helped me "fix" some things, allowed me to do what I wanted to do and were happy to do what I needed them to do. Easy and responsive communication, quick to act, and fair price. What's not to love??...

Annie helped me rebuild my website and fix a couple issues. She had great communication, was always prompt about getting back to me, and had great advice on how to achieve the functions on my site. I hired them because they were Wix partners and that they should know best how to do something in Wix. They told me they could do it and then could not. I had to fight to get at least half my money back. I would not do business with them again....

There was kind of a weird thing where they mostly contacted me at night or late in the day. I was never sure when they were open or working. It seemed the most we could manage is one email exchange a day, so it took a little while. However, that being said, they did a very good job doing what I asked and made sure I was happy with the results, as well as having a zoom meeting with me to show me how to replicate the results on new listings. Also welcomed me to continue to email them if I ran into any problems. . Overall I am pretty happy...
